{3} The storage battery is not under voltage;
{4} Reserved, enter 0;
{5} The tamper-proof of the control panel is recovered;

{7} The network error is recovered;
{8} The GPRS exception is recovered.
It indicates disabled status when 2) ~8) are set to be 0, and indicates enabled status when 2) ~8) are set to be 1.
