DRIVE PULLEY/KICK STARTER/CLUTCH/DRIVEN PULLEY
RETURN SPRING
MOVABLE DRIVE FACE REMOVAL!
DISASSEMBLY
Unhook the return spring end from the left crankcase
cover.
Remove the kick starter spindle and idle sh<lh.
KICK STARTER SPINDLE
MOVABLE DRIVE FACE ASSEMBL Y
IDLE SHAFT
Hold Ihe crankshaft with a starter driven gear holder.
Remo"e the nUl and the movable drive face assembly.
MOVABLE DRIVE FACE DISASSEMBLY
Remove the three bolts attaching the movable drive
face seal
and remove the seal.
DRIVEN GEAR HOLDER
