ALTERNATOR
ALTERNATOR REMOVAL
Disconnect the alternCllOr wire connectors.
DisconneCI the NU50M slarter wire coupler.
Remove the
wires from the clamps on the frame and
on the intake pipe,
Remove the alternator wire trom the clamp on the
NU50M starter motor.

ALTERNATOR
Remove the bolts attaching the generator cover and
remove the cover.
Perform the following' procedure lor the NU50M
alternato. removal
after remoying the alternator
cover.
1. Remove the rear fender.
2. Unc1amp the wire from the staner motor body.
3. Remove lhe staner motor by pulling il up toward
the lelt crankcase.
