DRIVE PULLEY/KICK STARTER/CLUTCH/DRIVEN PULLEY
DRIVE BELT
Install the kick Hurter idle ,hail lind thc kick starter
spmdle (Page 8·15).
Install the drive belt over the pulleys.
CAUTION:
Do not bend the dril'l! bdl.
. Do 1/01 ,go oil or grease 1)11 tll(' drill(~ bell.
LEFT CRANKCASE COVER
INSTALLATION
InstiJll the SNil rubber to the cover ami install the
dowel pins.
Install Ihe idle shaft bushing IIHO the left crankcase
cover.
Install the left crankcase cover.
NOTE
Do not tighten the cover bolts at this time.
Install the kick pedal by aligning its punch mark with
the punch mark of the spindle.
Tighlt1n the pedal pinch boll.
Tighten the crankcase cover bolts while pushing ;;I11(j
holding the kick starter pedal down 15" or more.
