OIL TANK
Disconnect Ihe 011 inlet line at Ihe oil pump and allow
thl! oil to dram IOto a clean container.
Loosen thc tube clip and di!>conneci the oil lube joint
under the oil tank:
Remove the oil Slraine( screen.
OIL STRAINER CLEANING
Clean thc oil strainer screen with compressed air.
In51allation 01 the all strainer is the reverse order or
removal.
Fill the oil lank with thl! recommended oil up to the
proper level and bleed air from the oil pump and oil
lUbe (Page 2-7).
NOTE
I ~nnect the oil tube securely. -1
~I!Ck for leaks. _----1
OIL PUMP
Removal
Remove the engine (Page 5-21.
NOTE
Before removing Ihe oil pump, clean Ihe oil
pump and crankcase.
