Turning On Data Services
You can turn on HUAWEI MediaPad's data services to
access the Internet using your service provider's network.
Using data services may incur charges. For details, contact
your service provider.
1. From the Home screen, touch > More… > Mobile
networks.
2. Select the Data enabled check box.
Turning Off Data Services
To save your data usage, turn off HUAWEI MediaPad's data
services when Wi-Fi networks are available.
1. From the Home screen, touch > More… > Mobile
networks.
2. Clear the Data enabled check box.
Creating an APN
The Access Point Name (APN) is an Internet access
parameter. HUAWEI MediaPad automatically configures its
APN, and you can access the Internet without configuring it.
You can configure APN parameters if you want to access a
specific APN.
