Main work
– Wash the air filter thoroughly in special cleaning liquid and
allow it to dry properly.
Air filter cleaner ( p. 150)
Info
Only press the air filter to dry it, never wring it out.
– Oil the dry air filter with a high-grade air filter oil.
Oil for foam air filter ( p. 150)
– Clean the air filter box.
– Check the intake flange for damage and looseness.
Finishing work
– Install the air filter. ( p. 69)
– Install the air filter box cover. ( p. 68)
