(2) Adjusting the height of presser foot
1) Bring the needle bar to its lower dead point.
2) Remove face plate

3) Loosen presser foot bar bracket clamp screw

4) Move upward presser foot

in the range of 0.1 to 0.5 mm and tighten screw

1. Clearance between top and bottom
feed belts (dimension A) is 0.1 to 1.0
mm. If the clearance is more than the
specified dimension, components
come in contact with each other.

. Bend of material or
feed trouble will be caused.
1) Bring the needle bar to its upper dead point.
2) Remove stopper plug

3) Insert a hexagonal wrench key into the hole from
which the stopper plug has been removed, and
loosen walking foot bar bracket clamp screw

4) Move walking foot

up or down in the range of
0.1 to 1.0 mm and tighten screw

When t he clearance beco me s larger
than the specified value, feed force is
deteriorated. So, be careful.
1. Clearance between the bottom surface of presser foot and the needle hole guide has been
factory-adjusted to 0.1 mm at the time of delivery.
2. Whentheclearancebecomeslargerthanthespeciedvalue,feedforceisdeteriorated.
So, be
careful.

Turn OFF the power before starting the work so as to prevent accidents caused by abrupt start of the
sewing machine.
