3.8 Canceling a transmission
3.8.1 Canceling a transmission
A transmission job can be canceled during processing.
1 Press the Clear/Stop key during transmission.
2 Use the +/, key to select [YES], then press the OK key.
A transmission result report is printed out.
3.8.2 Canceling (deleting) a transmission reservation
When stopping a transmission job because the scanned document is queued for sending or redialing, delete
the job, and cancel the transmission.
1 Press the Function key.
2 Use the +/, key to select [CANCEL RESERV.], then press the OK key.
This displays the details (specified transmission time, transmission setting type, and destination num-
ber) of transmission jobs queued in the memory.
% If polling TX jobs are queued, the ID entry screen appears. If no transmission jobs are queued in the
memory, [*NONE*] appears.
3 Use the +/, key to select a transmission job to be canceled, then press the OK key.
4 Use the +/, key to select [YES], then press the OK key.
The selected transmission jobs are canceled (deleted).
5 To continuously delete reservations, repeat Steps 2 to 4.
