Noise reduction
Your phone can suppress background noise to improve audio quality for the other party during
voice calls.
► From the Call settings screen, tap the Noise reduction on/off icon to turn on or off.
Additional settings
Caller ID
1. From the Call settings screen, tap Additional settings.
2. Tap Caller ID.
3. Select from Network default, Hide number, or Show number.
Video Calling
With this feature on, you can make or receive video calls.
1. From the Call settings screen, tap the Video Calling on/off icon to turn on or off.
2. Read the message and tap OK.
Wi-Fi Calling
Wi-Fi Calling allows you to make and receive phone calls over a Wi-Fi connection. You need to
activate Wi-Fi Calling manually if you want to use it.
NOTE:
Activation requires a valid US address for E911 functionality and a cellular data or Wi-Fi
network connection.
1. From the Call settings screen, tap Wi-Fi Calling.

From the Apps launcher, tap Settings > Network & internet > Wi-Fi Calling.
2. Tap the on/off icon, enter the emergency location information (E911), and follow the
onscreen instructions to turn Wi-Fi Calling on.
To change your emergency location information, tap

Emergency Address

To set your preferred connection to be used when outside the Verizon network, tap
When Roaming
