5.13 Door Hinge - Removal
Refer to Figure 5-16.
1. Remove the Side Panel (5.3).
2. Remove the Outer Door Panel (5.10).
3. Remove the Tensioning Spring (5.4).

Warning!
Ensure the Door is held in position; and supported while opening it.
4. Open the Door. Remove the Raised Screws (Item 1).
5. Close the Door. Remove the Screw (Item 2).
6. Remove the Hinge Bolt Retainer (Item 3).
7. Remove the Hinge Bolt (Item 4).
8. Remove the Hinge.
Service Tip
When reassembling, lightly coat all moving parts with acid-free
grease
