3. Basic Operations - Display Settings
Display Settings
The recording information or menu screen will only be output to either the HDMI output destination or SDI output destination.
Information Display (HDMI/SDI)
You can set the output destination of recording information or menu screen. The default setting is set to [AUTO].
[MENU/SET]
[ ] [ ] Select [Info Display (HDMI/SDI)]
[AUTO]
Only displays to the external device connected via HDMI. When it is not connected via
HDMI, it will be displayed on the external device connected via SDI. (when [SDI Output] is
[ON]).
[HDMI] Only displays to the external device connected via HDMI.
[SDI] Only displays to the external device connected via SDI. (when [SDI Output] is [ON]).
[OFF] Neither will be displayed.
[Info Display (HDMI/SDI)] is assigned to the [Fn1] at default setting. By pressing [Fn1], you can switch the settings of [Info
Display (HDMI/SDI)] in the order of [AUTO], [HDMI], [SDI], and [OFF].
About Fn buttons (
159 / Fn Buttons)
For external devices not set in the output destination of the information, the whole screen or part of the screen will be
displayed in black depending on the setting screen.
When the menu screen is not output to the external monitor, you can reset the [Info Display (HDMI/SDI)] settings to
[AUTO] by pressing [MENU/SET], [Q.MENU], and [Fn3] at the same time. ([HDMI RAW Data Output] is switched to
[OFF].)
