YoucanopenpdfdocumentsstoredonanSDcardbyfollowing
thestepsbelow.
Note:WhensavingpdfdocumentstoSDcards,ensureyou
donotoverwriteimportantdata.
1.SavetherequiredpdfdocumenttoSDcard.
2.InserttheSDcardintotheSDcardslotofthemultifunction
displayyouwishtoviewthedocumenton.
3.SelectMenu.
4.SelectOpenFile.
Thelebrowserdialogisdisplayed.
5.BrowsetothelocationontheSDcardwhereyousavedthe
documentto.
6.Selectthedocumentyouwanttoview.
Thedocumentwillnowopen.
7.Ifthe‘CannotOpenFile’errormessageisdisplayedthen
selectOktoconrmandthentryopeningthedocument
againorcheckthatthepdfisnotcorruptedorwhetherit
containssecuritywhichisnotsupportedbythedocument
viewerapplication.

Closinganopendocument
EachDocviewerinstanceisseparate,thelastdocumentopened
willautomaticallyopennexttimeyouselectthatinstanceofthe
DocviewerunlessititsclosedusingtheCloseFilemenuoption.

1.SelectMenu.
2.SelectClosele.
ThedocumentiscloseandthemainDocviewerpageis
displayed.
Browsinganopendocument
Ontouchscreendisplaysyoucanbrowsepdfdocumentsas
detailedbelow.
Withapdfdocumentopen:
•Moveyourngeruptoscrolldownthedocument.
•Moveyourngerdowntoscrollupthedocument.
Whenthedocumentwidthisgreaterthanthewidthofthe
applicationwindow,moveyourngerleftorrighttopan
thewidthofthedocument.
