1 POWER button
Switches the receiver between on and
standby.
2 STAND BY indicator
Lights when the receiver is in standby
mode.
3 PRESET TUNING @/# buttons (pages
39–40)
Selects station presets when using the
tuner.
4 TUNING @/# buttons (page 38)
Selects the frequency when using the
tuner.
5 Remote sensor
Receives the signals from the remote
control.
6 ENTER button
7 MULTI JOG dial
The
MULTI JOG dial performs a number
of tasks. Use it to select options after
pressing TONE, SETUP or TUNER EDIT.
8 PHONES jack
Use to connect headphones.
Note:
When the headphones are connected,
there is no sound output from the
speakers.
9 TUNER EDIT button (pages 39–40)
Press to memorize and name a station for
recall using the PRESET TUNING (@/
#) buttons.
10 CLASS button (pages 39–40)
Switches between the three banks
(classes) of station presets.
11 BAND button (page 38)
Switches between AM and FM radio
bands.
12 MPX button (page 38)
Press the
MPX button to receive a radio
broadcast in mono.
13 INPUT ATT button
Use to attenuate (lower) the level of an
analog input signal to prevent distortion.
