3.6.2 Application mode
The behavior of the thermostat can be influenced by a building automation and
control system (BACS) via the bus using the "Application mode" command.
With this signal, cooling and/or heating mode can be enabled or disabled.
Application mode is supported in LTE mode and S-mode.
The RDF800KN../RDF800KN/VB/RDD810KN.. room thermostats support the
following commands:

Heating OFF
1)
1)
RDD810KN/NF thermostat turns off the heating output.
With all other commands, the thermostat behaves like in Auto mode, such as,
heating or cooling according to demand.
The state (heating or cooling) of the thermostat can be monitored with the ACS tool
(diagnostic value "Control sequence"). The last active mode is displayed when the
thermostat is in the dead zone or when room temperature control is disabled.
