The removal of the motor must be performed and/or supervised by qualied personnel with
appropriate expert knowledge.

Removing the motor from the machine
Procedure
1. Check to make sure that the motor is voltage-free on all sides.
2. Let the motor cool down enough so that you are not burnt.
3. Disconnect all electrical connections. Information on this is provided in Chapter "Handling
the quick-action locking (Page82)".
4. Remove the xing elements from the motor.
5. Transport the motor to a suitable location for disposal.
