10.5 Pressure Pump
(if fitted)
The pressure pump is available as a
special accessory.
The supplied metering knobs with
metering ranges of 0.50–0.80 and
1.0–2.3 must be used in machines
with a pressure pump.
Changing the metering knob,
b 10.9.1
Remove the blower housing,
SR 430 b 10.7,
SR 450 b 10.8
: Loosen the hose clamps (2).
: Pull off the hoses (1).
: Take out the screws (arrows).
Pull off the pressure pump (1).

: Remove the strainer (1).
Installing
: Position the strainer (1) so that
the recess (arrows) point in the
direction of the container and
blower tube – see illustration.
The strainer is not shown in the
illustration.
: Push the pressure pump (1),
coupling (2) first, into the
bore (arrow).

: Position the pressure pump (1)
so that the two connecting
stubs (arrows) point towards the
container.
The strainer is not shown in the
illustration.
: Make sure the coupling (1) is
properly seated on the blower
wheel's nut (arrow).
