5.2 Printer sharing
Introduction
A DGA4130 USB port allows you to share your USB printer in your local network. This way everyone in your network can
use the same printer without having to buy an expensive network printer.
Requirements
The samba server must be enabled on the DGA4130 (this is the default setting).

Procedure
Proceed as follows:
1 Connect your USB printer to the DGA4130. For more information, “5.2.1 Connect your USB printer to the DGA4130” on
page 69.
2 Configure the printer sharing service on your DGA4130.
For more information, see “5.2.2 Enable the printer sharing service on your DGA4130” on page 70.
3 Install the printer on your computer.

5.2.1 Connect your USB printer to the DGA4130
Plug the USB cable of your printer in (one of) the USB port(s) of your DGA4130.
