hillsideoronroughterrain,particularlywithaload
inthecargoboxorwhentowingatrailerorboth.
•Beawarethatthestabilityandcontrolofthe
machinearereducedwhentheloadinthecargo
boxispoorlydistributed.
•Carryingoversizedloadsinthecargoboxchanges
thestabilityofthemachine.
•Thesteering,braking,andstabilityofthemachine
areaffectedwhencarryingaloadwheretheweight
ofthematerialcannotbeboundtothemachine,
suchastheliquidinalargetank.

Theweightoftheboxmaybeheavy.Hands

Maintenance
•Beforeservicingormakingadjustmentstothe
machine,shutofftheengine,engagetheparking
brake,andremovethekeyfromthekeyswitchto
preventaccidentalstartingoftheengine.
•Neverworkunderaraisedbedwithoutplacingthe
bedsafetysupportonthefullyextendedcylinder
rod.
•Makesurethatallhydraulic-lineconnectorsare
tightandthatallhydraulichosesandlinesarein
goodconditionbeforeapplyingpressuretothe
system.
•Beforedisconnectingorperforminganyworkon
thehydraulicsystem,relieveallpressureinthe
systembyshuttingofftheengine,cyclingthe
dumpvalvefromraisetolower,and/orlowering
boxandattachments.Placetheremotehydraulics
leverintheoatposition.Iftheboxmustbein
raisedposition,secureitwiththesafetysupport.
•Tomakesurethattheentiremachineisingood
condition,keepallnuts,bolts,andscrewsproperly
tightened.
•Toreducethepotentialrehazard,keepthe
engineareafreeofexcessivegrease,grass,
leaves,andaccumulationofdirt.
•Iftheenginemustberunningtoperforma
maintenanceadjustment,keephands,feet,
clothing,andanypartsofthebodyawayfromthe
engineandanymovingparts.Keepeveryone
away.
•Donotoverspeedtheenginebychangingthe
governorsettings.Themaximumenginespeedis
3,650rpm.Toensuresafetyandaccuracy,have
anAuthorizedT oroDistributorcheckthemaximum
enginespeedwithatachometer.
•Ifmajorrepairsareeverneededorassistanceis
required,contactanAuthorizedToroDistributor.
•Tobesureofoptimumperformanceandsafety,
alwayspurchasegenuineTororeplacement
partsandaccessories.Replacementpartsand
accessoriesmadebyothermanufacturerscould
bedangerous.Alteringthismachineinany
mannermayaffecttheoperationofthemachine,
