Wireless Defaults:
Primary SSID (Service Set Identifier): The SSID is the name of the wireless
network broadcast from the device so that wireless clients can connect to it (also
called the wireless network name). The default SSID is “name provided by cable
service provider” plus the last 4 characters of the Cable MAC address for both the
2.4GHz and 5GHz radios.
Example: 2.4G and 5GHz radios with Cable MAC address 90:CD:B6:A2:1D:85,
SSID = CableBox-1D85
If you change the SSID, the device does not revert to this default SSID when
the device is power cycled. It will revert to this default when a factory reset is
performed through the Web UI.
The MAC address and SSIDs can be found on the device label.
Security and Encryption Methods = WPA2-PSK with AES encryption
WPA Pre-shared Key (PSK) = Unique key for each device. Also called the network
key, or the wireless password. The WPA pre-shared key is a randomly generated
character string, 10 characters in length. It can be found on the device label and
on the WLAN Security screen, see Using the Security Option on page 49.

WPS PIN = The WPS PIN is a randomly-generated number. Refer to Using the
WPS Option on page 50.

Standard Web User Interface Login

Password: random password, 8 characters in length (case sensitive). The
