Answering system operation
Record memo
Memos are messages you record into the handset mailbox. You
can save, play back, and delete them like incoming messages. You
can record a memo as a reminder to yourself, or send a message
to other extensions using the answering system.
1. When the handset is idle, press M.Box.
2. Press DIR or CID to scroll to Record Memo, then press
MENU/SELECT or Select.
3. Press DIR or CID to scroll to a desired extension, then press
MENU/SELECT or Select.
4. Press Record to start recording.
5. Press Stop to stop recording. You hear the playback of the
recording.
6. Press OK to save the recording, or press Change to record
again if desired.
