DECLARATION
OF CONFORMITY
With reference to Machinery Di-
rective 2006/42/CE, the manu-
facturer issues a “declaration
of incorporation” pursuant to
art 4.2 Para 1 and Annexe II.B, in
this regard:
“This equipment must not
be commissioned before
the plant in which it has been
incorporated has been de-
clared as conformant to the
provisions of the Directives
in force.”
All improper use of the diverter
valve without following the indi-
cations given in this Manual will
free TOREX
®
of all related re-
sponsibility concerning poor
working of the diverter valve.
KONFORMITÄTSERKLÄRUNG
Mit Bezug auf die Richtlinie 2006/
42/EG (Maschinen-Richtlinie)
stellt der Hersteller eine „Einbau-
erklärung” im Sinne von Art. 4.2,
Komma 1 und Anhang II B zu die-
sem Zweck aus:
„Dieses Gerät darf nicht in
Betrieb genommen werden,
bevor die Anlage, in die es
eingebaut worden ist, mit
den Bestimmungen der gel-
tenden Richtlinien konform
erklärt worden ist.”
Jede bestimmungswidrige Be-
nutzung der Rohrweiche ohne
die Befolgung der in diesem
Handbuch stehenden Angaben
befreit Firma TOREX
®
von jegli-
cher Haftung hinsichtlich des
schlechten Betriebs der Rohr-
weiche selbst.
DÉCLARATION

Par référence aux directives
2006/42/CE (Directive Machines)
, le fabricant délivre une “ dé-
claration d’incorporation”
aux termes de l’art 4.2 1er alinéa
1 et Annexe II.B, à ce propos :
« Le présent appareillage ne
doit pas être mis en service
avant que l’installation dans
laquelle il a été incorporé n’a
pas été déclarée conforme
aux dispositions des Direc-
tives en vigueur ».
Toute utilisation impropre de la
vanne déviatrice sans suivre les
indications du présent manuel
dégage TOREX
®
de toute res-
ponsabilité due à un mauvais
fonctionnement de la vanne dé-
viatrice.
DICHIARAZIONE
DI CONFORMITA
Con riferimento alle direttiva 2006
/42/CE (Direttiva Macchine) , il
costruttore rilascia una “dichia-
razione di incorporazione” ai
sensi dell’art 4.2 comma 1 ed Al-
legato II.B, a tal proposito:
“La presente apparecchiatu-
ra non deve essere messa
in servizio, prima che l’im-
pianto all’interno del quale
sia stata incorporata, non sia
stato dichiarato conforme
alle disposizioni delle Diret-
tive vigenti.”
Ogni utilizzo improprio della val-
vola deviatrice senza seguire le
indicazioni del presente manua-
le solleverà la TOREX
®
da ogni
responsabilità inerenti ad un cat-
tivo funzionamento della valvola
deviatrice stessa.
