IMMAGAZZINAGGIO PRIMA
DELL’INSTALLAZIONE
• Le condizioni di immagazzina-
mento al di sotto dei -15°C sono
proibite
• Evitare possibilmente ambienti
umidi e salmastri.
• Sistemare la macchina su pe-
dane di legno e riporla in luogo
chiuso, protetto dagli agenti at-
mosferici.
• Si esclude immagazzinamento
all’aperto o in zone e dove sia-
no presenti vapori o sostanze
non compatibili con i materiali
di costruzione della macchina
(sostanze anche debolmente
corrosive).
• E’ vietato l’impilamento ed è fat-
to obbligo l’immagazzinamento
a terra.
• Per immagazzinare corretta-
mente la valvola per un perio-
do di inattività, bisogna pulire
accuratamente il rotore e le
parti interne e proteggere le
parti lavorate.
FERMO MACCHINA PROLUN-
GATO DOPO IL MONTAGGIO
• Prima della messa in servizio
mettere in sicurezza la macchi-
na
• Prima della messa in servizio
della macchina controllare l’in-
tegrità dell’impianto elettrico,
pneumatico, e di tutte le parti
per le quali un prolungato arre-
sto potrebbe compromettere la
funzionalità.
POSSIBILE REIMPIEGO DOPO
PERIODO DI INATTIVITA’
• Prima della messa in servizio
della macchina controllare l’in-
tegrità dell’impianto elettrico,
pneumatico, e delle parti per le
quali un prolungato arresto po-
trebbe compromettere la fun-
zionalità.
• Prima della messa in servizio
della macchina eseguire un ci-
clo completo di pulizia rispet-
tando quanto riportato sulla
scheda di sicurezza della pol-
vere.
• Se la macchina opera in condi-
zioni e con materiali diversi dal-
l’applicazione precedente, ve-
rificare la compatibilità di tale
utilizzo secondo quanto ripor-
tato nella sezione INDICAZIO-
NE PER L’USO.
ENTREPOSAGE AVANT L’INS-
TALLATION
• L’entreposage à des tempéra-
tures inférieures à -15°C est
interdit.
• Eviter le plus possible les envi-
ronnements humides et saumâ-
tres.
• Placer la machine sur une pla-
te-forme en bois et à l’abri des
intempéries dans un local fer-
mé.
• Il est interdit de l’entreposer en
plein air ou dans des zones où
il y a des vapeurs ou des subs-
tances non compatibles avec
les matériaux de construction
de la machine (substances
même faiblement corrosives).
• Il est interdit de l’empiler et l’en-
treposage au sol est obligatoi-
re.
• Pour emmagasiner correcte-
ment la vanne pendant une pé-
riode d’inactivité, il faut nettoyer
soigneusement le rotor et les
parties internes en protégeant
les parties usinées.
ARRET PROLONGÉ DE LA MA-
CHINE APRES LE MONTAGE
• Avant la mise en service met-
tre la machine en conditions de
sécurité
• Avant la mise en service de la
machine, contrôler l’intégrité de
l’installation électrique, pneu-
matique et de toutes les par-
ties dont l’arrêt prolongé pour-
rait compromettre le fonction-
nement.
RÉEMPLOI POSSIBLE APRES
UNE PÉRIODE D’INACTIVITÉ
• Avant la mise en service de la
machine, contrôler l’intégrité de
l’installation électrique, pneu-
matique et des parties pour les-
quelles un arrêt prolongé pour-
rait compromettre le fonction-
nement.
• Avant la mise en service de la
machine effectuer un cycle
complet de nettoyage en res-
pectant les indications figurant
sur la fiche de sécurité de la
poudre.
• Si la machine travaille dans des
conditions et avec des matiè-
res différentes de l’application
précédente, vérifier la compa-
tibilité de cette utilisation suivant
ce qui est indiqué dans la sec-
tion « MODE D’EMPLOI ».
LAGERHALTUNG VOR DER IN-
STALLATION
• Die Lagerhaltung bei Tempera-
turen unter -15°C ist verboten.
• Feuchte Räume und salzhalti-
ge Luft möglichst vermeiden.
• Die Maschine auf Holzpaletten
stellen und an einem geschlos-
senen, vor der Witterung ge-
schützten Ort abstellen.
• Die Lagerhaltung im Freien oder
in Bereichen, wo Dämpfe oder
Stoffe vorhanden sind, die
nicht mit den Konstruktionsma-
terialien der Maschine verträg-
lich sind (auch schwach kor-
rosiv wirkende Stoffe) ist zu
vermeiden.
• Stapeln ist verboten. Die Lage-
rung am Boden ist vorgeschrie-
ben.
• Um die Rohrweiche für eine Zeit
der Nichtbenutzung korrekt la-
gern zu können, muss man den
Rotor und die inneren Teile
sorgfältig reinigen und die ver-
arbeiteten Teile schützen.
LÄNGERER STILLSTAND DER
MASCHINE NACH DER MONTA-
GE
• Vor der Inbetriebnahme ist die
Maschine in einen sicheren Zu-
stand zu bringen.
• Vor der Innbetriebnahme der
Maschine sind die elektrische
und die pneumatische Anlage
auf Unversehrtheit zu prüfen,
wie auch alle Teile, deren Funk-
tionstüchtigkeit durch einen
längeren Stillstand die in Frage
gestellt werden könnte.
MÖGLICHE WIEDERINBETRIEB-
NAHME NACH EINEM STILL-
STAND
• Vor der Innbetriebnahme der
Maschine sind die elektrische
und die pneumatische Anlage
auf Unversehrtheit zu prüfen,
wie auch die Teile, deren Funk-
tionstüchtigkeit durch einen
längeren Stillstand die in Frage
gestellt werden könnte.
• Bevor man die Maschine in Be-
trieb nimmt, einen kompletten
Abreinigungszyklus durchfüh-
ren, wobei das zu beachten ist,
was auf dem Sicherheitsda-
tenblatt des Schüttguts steht.
• Wenn die Maschine unter Be-
dingungen und mit Materialien
arbeitet, die von der letzten An-
wendung abweichen, die
Kompatibilität dieses Ge-
brauchs mit dem prüfen, was
im Abschnitt GEBRAUCHSAN-
ZEIGE steht.
STORAGE PRIOR TO INSTAL-
LATION
• Storage conditions below -15°C
are forbidden
• Avoid damp, salty environments
as far as possible.
• Place the valve indoors on
wooden platforms, protected
from atmospheric agents.
• The equipment must not be
stored in the open or in areas
where vapours or substanc-
es incompatible with the ma-
chine construction materials
(even slightly corrosive sub-
stances) are present.
• Do not stack the equipment; it
must be stored on the ground.
• To store the valve correctly for
a shutdown period, clean the
rotor and the internal parts thor-
oughly and protect the ma-
chined parts.
PROLONGED MACHINE SHUT-
DOWNS AFTER ASSEMBLY
• Set the machine in safety con-
dition before putting it to use
• Before using the machine,
check the condition of the elec-
trical and pneumatic systems
and all the parts the working of
which may be affected by pro-
longed shutdowns.
POSSIBLE REUSE AFTER A
SHUTDOWN
• Before using the machine,
check the condition of the elec-

• Before using the machine, run
a complete cleaning cycle ac-
cording to the indications in the
powder safety chart.
• If the machine works in condi-
tions and with materials differ-
ent from those of the previous
application, check the compat-
ibility with this use according
to the INDICATION FOR USE
section.
