DESCRIZIONE
Valvola deviatrice a canotto di
passaggio rotante.
FUNZIONE D’USO
I deviatori VAR sono adatti al
convogliamento di qualsiasi tipo
di prodotto, in forma di polvere o
granulare.
Per mezzo dell’attuatore pneu-
matico che aziona il tamburo in-
terno girevole, si ottiene la com-
mutazione del tubo di uscita e
quindi la deviazione del flusso di
materiale su una diversa linea di
produzione.
CONTROINDICAZIONI
Le Valvole Deviatrici standard del
tipo VAR NON sono state pro-
gettate per operare in condizioni
o con materiali pericolosi.
Pertanto quando la macchina
deve assolvere a tali esigenze è
d’obbligo informare il costrutto-
re.
Si ritengono materiali pericolosi:
•esplosivi,
•tossici,
•infiammabili,
•nocivi e/o simili,
Si ritengono applicazioni perico-
lose:
•estrazione da silo o celle con-
tenenti i suddetti materiali

DESCRIPTION
Vanne déviatrice à fourreau de
passage rotatif.
MODE DE FONCTIONNEMENT
Les déviateurs VAR sont adap-
tés au transport de tout type de
produit pulvérulent ou granulai-
re.
A l’aide de l’actionneur pneuma-
tique qui actionne le tambour in-
terne tournant, on obtient la com-
mutation du tube de sortie et
donc la déviation du flux de ma-
tière sur une autre ligne de pro-
duction.
CONTRE-INDICATIONS
Les Vannes Déviatrices stan-
dard type VAR NE SONT PAS
projetées pour travailler dans
des conditions ou avec des ma-
tières dangereuses.
Quand la machine doit répondre
à ces exigences il et obligatoire
de consulter le Fabricant.
Sont considérées dangereuses,
les matières :
• explosives,
• toxiques ;
• Inflammables ;
• nocives et/ou similaires.
Sont retenues dangereuses, les
applications :
• extraction de silos ou compar-
timents contenant les matières
ci-dessus.

Rohrweiche mit drehbarem

GEBRAUCHSFUNKTION
Die Rohrweichen eignen sich zur
Beförderung von Produkten je-
der Art, sowohl pulver- als auch
kornförmig.
Mittels des pneumatischen An-
triebs, der die drehbaren Innen-
trommel betätigt, erhält man die
Umschaltung des Auslaufrohrs
und folglich die Umleitung des
Materialflusses von der einen
auf die andere Produktionslinie.
GEGENANZEIGEN
Die Standard-Rohrweichen vom
Typ VAR sind NICHT geplant
worden, um unter gefährlichen
Bedingungen oder mit Gefahren-
gut zu arbeiten.
Wenn die Maschine daher sol-
chen Erfordernissen gerecht
werden muss, ist es vorge-
schrieben, den Hersteller zu ver-
ständigen.
Als gefährlich werden folgende
Stoffe betrachtet:
• explosionsfähige
• giftige
• feuergefährliche
• schädliche bzw. ähnliche Stof-
fe.
Als gefährlich werden folgende
Anwendungen betrachtet:
• Austragung aus Silos oder Zel-
len, die solche Stoffe enthalten.

DESCRIPTION
Diverter valve with rotary pas-
sage tube
USE
VAR diverter valves are suitable
for conveying any kind of prod-
uct, both in powder and granu-
lar form.
The pneumatic actuator which
activates the inner rotary drum
makes it possible to switch the
outlet pipe and thereby divert the
flow of material to a different
production line.
CONTRAINDICATIONS
The standard VAR Diverter
Valves are NOT designed for
operating in hazardous condi-
tions with hazardous materials.
The manufacturer must, there-
fore, be informed if the machine
is expected to satisfy these re-
quirements.
Hazardous materials are those
that are:
• explosive
• toxic
• inflammable
• harmful and/or similar
Hazardous applications are
those involving:
• extraction from silos or cells
containing the above-mentioned
materials
