Printing options include settings for paper size and type, 2-sided printing, page layout, and print quality.
For Windows, you can set printing options in the software application or in the Windows printer
preferences.
• Printing options that are set in the software application are temporary and specific to each print
job. When the application closes, the settings are lost.
• Printing options that are set in Windows printer preferences become the default settings for all print
jobs.
For Macintosh, you can set printing options only in the software application.
