User Guide
• With the print side up, flaps closed and down, and going into the printer.
Note: When you load envelopes with the flaps open, in the print driver, select Portrait,
Landscape, or Rotated Landscape, as needed, to have them print correctly. In the print driver,
use Rotate Image 180 Degrees to flip the image, if needed.
1. At the printer control panel, press the Menu button.
Note: To navigate through the menu, use the Up or Down arrow buttons.
2. Navigate to Tray Settings, then press OK.
3. Navigate to Bypass Tray, then press OK.
4. Navigate to Tray Mode, then press OK.
5. Navigate to Panel Specified, then press OK.
6. To return to the previous menu, press the Left arrow button.
7. Navigate to Paper Type, then press OK.
8. Navigate to Envelope, then press OK.
9. To return to the previous menu, press the Left arrow button.
10. Navigate to Paper Size, then press OK.
11. Navigate to the desired envelope size, then press OK.

You can print labels from the Bypass Tray only.
