Specifying ID Card Copy Settings
1. At the printer control panel, press the Machine Status button, then touch the Tools tab.
2. Touch Service Settings > ID Card Copy Service.
To set ID card copy defaults:
1. Touch Defaults.
2. Do one or more of the following:
− To set the quantity of copies to print by default, for Quantity, enter a number.
− For Common Features, touch Edit.
− For Front Side Features, touch Edit.
− For Back Side Features, touch Back Side.
3. Touch Done.
Reduce/Enlarge Presets allow you configure how the printer handles image size. Both presets apply
independently of the other.
To set the Reduce/Enlarge Presets:
1. Touch Reduce/Enlarge Presets.
2. Touch an option.
− Proportional % reduces or enlarges the image proportionally.
− Independent % allows you to reduce or enlarge the width and length of the image by different
percentages.
3. Touch Close.
