International). This feature is enabled by default. Incoming calls from some authorized numbers
not to be forwarded when the call forward feature is enabled. The incoming call will not be
logged in the Forwarded Calls list. This feature is disabled by default.
Note
Forwarding an Incoming Call to a Contact
You can forward an incoming call directly to a contact without answering the call.
To forward an incoming call to a contact:
1. Tap .
2. Enter the number you want to forward the incoming call to.
3. Tap FWD.
The touch screen prompts a call forward message.
Forwarding All Incoming Calls to a Contact
You can set up the IP phone to forward all incoming calls to a contact.
To forward all incoming calls to a contact:
1. Tap Settings from the home screen.
2. Tap Call Forward from the Features block.
Call forward is local to the phone, and may be overridden by the server settings. For more
information, contact your system administrator.
If DND feature is enabled, the incoming calls will not be forwarded even if you configure no
answer forward feature.
When the phone forwards a call, a prompt window will pop up by default. If you want to disable
the feature, contact your system administrator for more information.
