Configuring Gmail Account Settings
1. Tap Home Key > > Gmail.
2. Tap Menu Key > More > Settings and tap a Gmail account. You can configure the following options:
• Signature: Create an email signature for outgoing Gmails.
• Confirm actions: Show a dialog whenever you perform selected actions.
• Reply all: Tick the check box to make “Reply all” the default response to messages.
• Auto-advance: Select which screen to show after you delete or archive a conversation.
• Message text size: Choose size of the text displayed in emails.
• Batch operations: Allow label operations on more than one conversation.
• Sync inboxes and labels: Select the amount of mail to synchronize and which labels are synchronized.
• Email notifications: Tick the check box the allow Gmail notification icon to appear in the Status bar when
a new message is received.
• Labels to notify: Set the notification preferences for synced labels.
Google Calendar
Tap Home Key > > Calendar to use Google Calendar, Google’s time management application. You can
use the calendar to schedule appointments, including meetings and other events. Your appointments will be
displayed on the screen as scheduled. You can also synchronize appointments to your Google account, which
enables you to manage your schedule online on your PC.
