3.11.6. CHECKING THE HALFCASE
• Clean the mating surfaces. Remove the remains of the
Loctite and the paper gasket of the cylinder.
• Check the mating surfaces and the contacts of the
bearings and oil shields.
• Thoroughly clean and check the efficiency of the one-
way valve supplying oil to the pump case.
