2 Installation and Removal of Engine Parts
2.1 Removal and Disassembly of Engine Assembly
Follow the below procedure for removal and disassembly of engine parts. (This procedure is based on the HST
specification.)
1 Removal of Engine Assembly
1. Open the bonnet.
2. Disconnect negative terminal of the battery cable.
3. Disconnect the head lamp harness from harness E
and remove the bonnet.
CAUTION
Remove and disassemble the engine parts while engine is cool. Otherwise, it may cause a
burn.
CAUTION
When checking or connecting the wiring, make
sure to disconnect the negative terminal of the
battery cable.
