● The rst character indicates the year. Digits 1 to 9 indicate 2001
to 2009, letters A to H indicate 2010 to 2017, letters J to N

NOTE
The years from 2010 are represented by upper-case letters excluding I, O,
and Z because the three letters are similar to digits 1, 0, and 2.
