10.7 Measuring the rear wheel dimension unloaded
Preparatory work
– Raise the motorcycle with a lift stand. ( p. 43)

– Position the sag gauge in the rear axle and measure the distance to marking SAG
on the rear fender.

Finishing work

– Hold the motorcycle upright with the aid of an assistant.
– Again measure the distance between the rear axle and marking SAG on the rear
fender using the sag gauge.
