Indicator (if equipped)

This indicator informs which gear is
desired while driving to save fuel.
• Shiftingup:p2, p3, p4, p5
• Shiftingdown:q1, q2, q3, q4
For example
: Indicates that shifting up to the
3rd gear is desired (currently
the shift lever is in the 2nd or 1st
gear).
: Indicates that shifting down to
the 3rd gear is desired (current-
ly the shift lever is in the 4th, 5th
gear).
Warning and indicator lights

Information
Makesurethat all warninglights are
OFF after starting the engine. If any
lightisstillON,thisindicatesasitua-
tionthatneedsattention.
Air bag Warning Light
Thiswarninglightilluminates:
• When you set the ignition switch or
the Engine Start/Stop button to the
ON position.
- It illuminates for approximately 6
seconds and then goes off.
• When there is a malfunction with
theSRS.
• In this case, we recommend that
you have the vehicle inspected by
an authorized HYUNDAI dealer.
Seat Belt Warning
Light
This warning light informs the driver
and front passenger that the seat belt
is not fastened.

Belts” in chapter 3.
