METHOD FOR REPLACING ELEMENT ON POWER TRAIN OIL FILTER
1.
Remove bolts (1).
2.
Remove cover (2).
3.
Remove mounting bolts (4) of filter (3), and remove cover
(5).
4.
Remove the element.
5.
Clean the inside of the case and the removed parts, then
install the new element.
Komatsu recommends using Komatsu genuine elements.
6.
Install cover (2).
7.
Tighten bolt (1).
METHOD FOR REPLACING AIR CONDITIONER FRESH/RECIRC FILTERS
Since the filtering ability of the filters decreases as they are aged, replace them every 500 operating hours or
every year.
METHOD FOR REPLACING RECIRCULATION AIR FILTER
1.
Remove knob (1) at the rear left in the cab, and remove
bracket (2) from portion (a).
2.
Remove the recirculation air filter from bracket (2).
3.
Replace the recirculation air filter with a new one, taking
care of its installed direction.
4.
Install bracket (2), while matching it to portion (a), and in-
stall the knob.
