HYDRAULIC TANK
CHANGE OIL IN HYDRAULIC TANK
CLEAN HYDRAULIC TANK STRAINER
CLEAN INSIDE OF HYDRAULIC TANK
REPLACE HYDRAULIC LINE FILTER CARTRIDGE
1. Remove the drain plug at the bottom of the tank,
drain the oil, then remove the cover, take out the
strainer, and wash it in flushing oil.
2. Clean the inside of the tank, then install the drain
plug.
3. After washing the strainer, blow it with compressed
air from the inside to dry it completely, then assemble
it and install the cover.
4. Remove the line filter cartridge and install a new car-
tridge.
5. Add hydraulic oil through the hydraulic tank oil filler
port to the specified level, then check the oil level
through the inspection window.

6. Start the engine, then operate the cylinders (lift, tilt,
power steering) 5–6 times to the end of their stroke
to bleed the air.
NOTICE:
Always use SAE 10W–CD for the ENGINE oil. (For
details, see FUEL AND LUBRICANTS.)
CAUTION
The oil is at high temperature immediately after
stopping work. Wait for the oil to cool down before
starting the operation.
