Installing the starter motor

ಥ Check parts for damage and wear. Replace damaged or worn parts.
ಥ Grease the O-ring. Mount the starter engine.
Long-life grease ( P. 175)
ಥ Mount and tighten screws

Screw, starter motor M6 10îš‘Nm
(7.38îš‘lbfîš‘ft)
Mounting oil filter

ಥ Tilt the engine sideways and fill the oil filter housing to about 1/3 full with engine
oil.
ಥ Fill the oil filter
 with engine oil and place it in the oil filter container.

ಥ Lubricate the o/ring of the oil filter cover.
ಥ Refit the oil filter cover

ಥ Mount and tighten screws

Screw, oil filter cover M5 6îš‘Nm (4.43îš‘lbfîš‘ft)
Filling up with engine oil

ಥ Thoroughly clean the plug and gear oil screen. Check parts for damage and wear.
Replace damaged or worn parts.
ಥ Clean the sealing area on the engine.
ಥ Refit the plug of engine oil screen with O-rings and tighten it.

(14.75îš‘lbfîš‘ft)

ಥ Remove the screw cap on the generator cover and fill up with engine oil.
Engine oil 0.6îš‘l (0.63îš‘qt.) Engine oil (SAE 10W/50) ( P. 174)
ಥ Mount and tighten screw cap
