10: Terminals 0 Various control modes can be selected for the applicati-
on. The selection of the control mode determines the
way the application is controlled, e.g. via terminals or
via a fieldbus.
• The preconfigured assignment of the input/output
terminals and ports in the respective control mode is
described in the chapter entitled "Terminal
assignment of the control modes". ( 139)
• Detailed information on the individual configuration
of the input/output terminals can be found in the de-
scription of the I/O terminals in the subchapter
"User-defined terminal assignment

0: Off A process controller (PID controller) is connected
downstream of the setpoint generator.
• In the Lenze setting, the process controller is deacti-
vated.
• The activation is executed by selecting the operating
mode in C242
.
