Sensor controls
The sensors react to touch. Each touch is confirmed with a keypad tone. This key‐
pad
tone can be switched off (see "Settings – Keypad tone").
Sensor Function Notes
For accessing set‐
tings
Touching the sensor when the st
eam oven is
switched on will bring up a list of settings.
If the display is dark, the
sensor will not react
until the steam oven is switched on.
During a cooking process you can alter the tem‐
per
ature or set a cooking duration after touching
this sensor.
For switching the
oven int
erior light‐
ing on and off
If the time of day display is visible, the oven interi‐
or ligh
ting can be switched on and off by touching
the sensor, for example when cleaning the
oven.
If the display is dark, the
sensor will not react
until the steam oven is switched on.
The oven interior lighting switches off after 15 sec‐
onds during a coo
king process or remains con‐
stantly switched on, depending on the setting se‐
lected.
For setting the mi‐
nute minder
If the time of day is visible you can enter a minute
minder duration at any time, e.g. when boiling
eggs on the hob.
If the display is dark, the sensor will not r
eact
until the steam oven is switched on.
