Appendix Manufacturer’s Responsibility
6.12 Manufacturer’s Responsibility
The effects on safety, reliability, and performance of the equipment are the
manufacturer’s responsibility only if:
• assembly operations, extensions, readjustments, modifications, or
repairs are carried out by authorized personnel; and
• the electrical installation of the relevant room complies with the
appropriate requirements; and
• the equipment is used in accordance with the Instructions for use.
