(1) File-Write in RUN function
The file-write in RUN function is used to write a batch of files to the CPU module as
shown in Table6.28.
: Writable data, : Unwritable data, : Restricted
* 1 : Writable only when not being accessed by a sequence program.
* 2 : Writable for the Universal model QCPU.
