The first item blinks.
4 Perform one of the following actions:

Exit to exit the screen without making any
changes and return to the Home screen.
5 Perform one of the following actions:
Press the Menu Select button directly below
Ok once you have finished to save your
changes and return to the Home screen.
Press the Menu Select button directly below
Cncl to discard all changes and return to the
Home screen.
Press at any time to return to the Home
screen without saving your changes.
Note: If a call arrives while the radio is in the
clock-setting menu, the radio exits clock setting
and displays the call information. Any changes
made before the call is not saved.
Using Conventional Squelch Operation Features
This feature filters out unwanted calls with low signal
strength or channels that have a higher than normal
background noise.
Analog Options
Tone Private Line (PL), Digital Private-Line (DPL),
and carrier squelch can be available
(preprogrammed) per channel.
Mode Result
Carrier squelch (C) You hear all traffic on a
channel.
