fectivespringlengthA=50mm(2.0in)forpolypropylene
750m/kgtwine.Decreasethetwinetensionwiththicker
twine,increasewiththinnertwine.
Correcttwineclamptensionshouldresultinapullof20-
50N(4.5-11.2lb)requiredtopullthetwinefromtheend
ofthetwinetubeswith:
•
Thespreaderhooksinthemiddleposition.
•
Pullingthetwinethroughthetwinefeedopening,
fromthebalechamber(undertheraisedtailgate).
NOTE:Thetwinetensionistoohighwhendifcultyisex-
periencedinstartingthetwinetowraparoundthebale.
Itmaybenecessarytoreadjustthetensionwhenchang-
ingtwine,suchasfromplastictosisal.
Incaseoftroublesometwinestarting,alwayscheckfor
correcttwineroutingrst.
NOTE:Thetwinetensionistoolightwhenthetwinestarts
slippingoverthepatternpulley.

X=62-64mm(2.4-2.5in)
Excessivetensiononthefeedrollsmaycrushthetwine
andcausestiffrotationofthefeedrolls.
Insufcienttensiononthefeedrollswillmaketherollsslip
onthetwineatwrapcyclestart.Thiscouldleadtotwine
breakage.
