Insistongenuinereplacementparts.Forbestperformancehaveyourbalerservicedbyanauthorizeddealer.
1.Checkthetwineandnetknives.
2.Examineallofthechainsandsprocketsforwear.
Replacewornsprocketswheninstallingnewchains.
Alwaysinstallnewchainwhenreplacingsprockets.
3.Inspectthehitchforexcessivewear.
4.Orderallofthebearingsthatwerefoundtorequire
replacementduringthestorageprocedure.
5.Checkallbushingsforwear.
6.Examinethewrappersystemsandcheckforloose-
nessorexcessivewear.
7.Noteanybrokenorbentpickuptinesorseverely
damagedguards.
8.Makesurethepickupcambearingsareingoodcon-
dition.
9.Checkthetailgatelights.
10.Isthesupplyofshearboltsadequate.

1.Cutthetwinenearthetwineballsandremoveall
theballsfromthetwineboxes.Leavethetwineend
threadedinplace.Movethetwineballstoaninside
locationtoreducemoistureabsorption.
2.Removetheoperatorsmanualandstoreitinasafe
location.
3.Cleantheunitthoroughly
4.Removeanymaterialbuilduponthebeltrolls,wrap-
perareaandinthetwineboxes.
5.Removeanytwinethathaswrappedonthepickup
tines
6.Lubricatetheentirebalerasrecommendedinthe
lubricationsection.Applylubricanttothethreadsof
theadjustmentboltsandtoallthehinges.
7.Lubricateallthechainswithoilandoperatethebaler
afewminutestolettheoilworkintothechains.Care-
fullycheckallthebearingsforanyheatthatwould
indicateafailedbearing.
