Oiltheconveyorchainthroughtheaccesshole(2)while
runningthemachineidleevery10hoursofuseandafter
storage.

Lubricatetheconveyorchainimmediatelyafteroperation
whileitisstillwarmandletthemachinerunidlefora
shortperiodtoensureeffectiveoilpenetrationresulting
inlongerlifeusingtheseguidelines.

Runthemachineatlowidlespeedforoilingthe
chain.Ensurethereisasecondpersoninthetrac-
tortoshutthetractorPTOandengineoffincaseof
emergency.Engagethetractorhandbrake.Close
andlatchallbalerguardsandthetailgate.Keepat
asafedistancefromthemachineinparticularthe
groundwheels.

Oilattheendoftheworkdaywhilethechainisstill
warmandletthemachinerunidleforashortpe-
riodtoensureeffectiveoilpenetration,oilbothsides
equally.
NOTICE:Inabrasivesandyconditionsitisbettertorun
thechainsdry(nottooilonadailybasis).Howeveroil
abundantlybeforeandbetweenseasons,storageperiods
andpriortostartingthenewseason.
