Checkthatthetwinetubes,netknifeisinthehomepo-
sition,thatthepickupisloweredandthatthetailgateis
latched.
Setthethrottleathalfspeed.
TurnonthePTO.
Thelowerstartingspeedwillreducethechanceofshear-
ingthedrivelineshearbolt,onsomeunits,andreduce
peakloadsonthedriveline.
Increasethethrottletotheratedspeed.
Donotoperateatmorethantheratedspeed,lesswill
savewearonthebaler.
ATTENTION:Donotallowstones,boardsorotherforeign
materialtoenterthebaler.Damagetothebalermayre-
sult.
Donotbackoverwindrows.Cropcouldbecomewedged
betweenthepickupframeandtheoorroll.

betweenthepickupttedandoroptionalCutoutclutch
onthewideversionandconsideredas:
1.Wideanglewithoptionalcut-outclutch1300N·m
2.SinglejointPTOwithshearbolt1100N·m
3.WideanglePTOwithshearbolt1100N·m
Wherethebalerdrivelineisprotectedfromoverloadand
damagebyashearbolt(1)inthePTOdriveline,andthe
shearboltbreaks,thepowertransmissionfromthetractor
tothebalerwillbeinterruptedandthemachinewillstart
bulldozingthecropinfrontofthepickup.
Thenproceedasfollows:

DisengagethePowerTake-Off(PTO),turnoff
theengine,andremovethekey.Waitforall
movementtostopbeforeleavingtheopera-
tor'sposition.Neveradjust,lubricate,clean,
orunplugmachinewiththeenginerunning.

riousinjury.
