07. Fasten the belt guide D to the upper motor
carriage E using the screw (V6x18) and relative
washer (M6)

08. Attach the upper motor carriage E to the lower
carriage C and transfer the entire carriage into
the guide

09. Assemble the three pieces of the guide by
attaching them vigorously onto the connection
brackets F, with the aid of a hammer

until they click into position

10. Carefully position the belt into the guide, making sure that it does not twist
11. Slot the head B vigorously into the free end of
the guide

12. Lastly, tension the belt by adjusting screw H of
the belt tensioning device
An excessively TAUT belt could cause
the gearmotor to break, while an exces-
sively SLACK belt could cause unpleasant
noises.

3.3 - Assembling the SNA30 and SNA30C
guide
The SNA30 (belt) and SNA30C (chain) guide is already
pre-assembled: the only operation required involves ten-
sioning the belt/chain through the nut H (M8) (Fig. 5),
until it is sufciently taut.
An excessively TAUT belt could cause the
gearmotor to break, while an excessively SLACK
belt could cause unpleasant noises.
