Adjusting the Binocular Section
13.1
Adjusting with the Binocular Section of the Tube
The binocular section of an ergonomic tube or a quadrocular
tilting tube can be tilted. With the ergonomic tube, the binocular
section can be extended along the optical axis. Adjust the
position of the binocular section for most comfortable viewing.
Adjustment range
 Ergonomic tube: 10° to 30°
 Quadrocular tilting tube: 15° to 35°
Extension range
 Ergonomic tube: 40 mm

Using the Eyelevel Riser
Inserting the eyelevel riser between the tube and the
microscope arm allows you to bring the eye point 25 mm higher.
