Boot Menu
To display the Boot Menu, do the following.
Power on this machine while pressing «OK» on the operator panel. When [Boot Menu] appears on the
display, release your finger and press «OK» again.
Input the admin password using the numeric keypad, and press «OK».

Description
Input the password required to enter the Boot Menu.
Menu Lockout Off When [On] is set, the administrator setup menu and user
menu list are hidden and thus unavailable. However, only
printing settings are displayed.
Panel Lockout Off Disables buttons/keys on the operator panel.
[Mode1]: Disables all keys except «ON LINE», «OK»,
«CANCEL», «POWER SAVE» and «HELP».
[Mode2]: Disables keys except «ON LINE», «OK» and
«POWER SAVE».
[Off]: Do not restrict operations with buttons/keys on the
After AC power supply fails Always Off Sets whether to restore the Ready To Print status
automatically in case of a power failure.
Always On:
This machine is started by force when the power failure is
recovered without pressing the power switch. This machine
starts simply by connecting the power plug to the outlet.
Always Off:
This machine does not start when the power failure is
recovered without pressing the power switch.
Last State:
This machine remembers the state when the power supply
is interrupted and restarts with that state after the power
failure is recovered. This machine automatically restores
the Ready-to-Print state when the power failure is
recovered even if the power supply is interrupted due to a
power failure while the machine is working. If a power
failure occurs when the power is off, this machine does not
start even after the power failure is recovered.
