CRS,youarecloseenoughtothedistressedvesseltobeofassistanceandarepreparedtorelay
thedistresstoaCRSbyanymeanspossible.ClassDDSCradiosareforbiddenfromautomatically
acknowledgingdistresscalls.Acknowledgementmustonlybemadebyvoicemessageonchannel
